Nov 24: Black Friday Switch & Save
1. Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to new residential customers who meet the following criteria:
- a. Must sign up for a UrFibre residential broadband plan of 500Mbps or higher with a 24-month minimum term at the standard rate.
b. Must provide a verified payment method before service activation.
c. Must present a valid invoice or contract showing the end date of their current broadband contract within 30 days of UrFibre service activation.
d. Offer valid for claims until 30/11/24.
- a. Upon activation, customers will receive a discounted monthly rate of £3.95/month to ease costs until their contract with their previous provider ends. This is to help the customer avoid an early termination charge from their existing provider when switching to UrFibre.
b. The discounted period is only applicable from the date of UrFibre service activation, until the customers preexisting contract with their existing provider ends. Once this period ends the customer will be charged the full standard rate of the broadband package they have chosen.
c. One-off Admin Fee of £74.95 will be charged upon service activation.
d. Any additional services, upgrades, or packages added during sign-up are not covered by this discount and will be billed at standard rates from the date of activation.
e. This promotion cannot be combined with other special offers unless explicitly stated.
- a. Customers must provide an original invoice or digital copy showing the end date of their current broadband contract, matching the name and address registered for the UrFibre service. Failure to provide this document within the specified timeframe may result in the loss of the discount, with the standard rate being applied instead.
b. If the contract end date with the customer’s current provider is earlier than stated, UrFibre may adjust the discount period accordingly.
c. UrFibre is not liable for any additional costs if the customer’s current provider extends their contract automatically or if incorrect end date information is given.
d. The UrFibre contract starts from the date of service activation. Customers are committed to:- 1. The entire discounted period until their contract with their existing provider ends
2. with the addition of a 24-month minimum term starting from the date the discounted period ends and standard rate is applied.
Nov 24: 250Mbps Black Friday Promotion
1. Eligibility:
- a. This promotion is exclusively available to new residential customers.
b. To qualify, you must secure an installation date within the specified promotional period.
c. The promotion is valid for claims made before 30/11/24.
- a. This promotion includes 250Mbps Residential Broadband plan at a discounted rate of £9.95 per month for the first 12 months. After this period, the monthly fee will increase to £24.95 for the remainder of the contract.
b. The customer agrees to a minimum contract duration of 24 months.
c. A one-time administration fee of £74.95 will be charged once the service is activated.
d. This promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other special offers, unless explicitly stated.
- a. This offer is limited to new residential broadband customers only; existing customers or those upgrading from a UrFibre service are not eligible.
b. The promotion only applies to broadband services. Additional services, such as call packages, can be added at the standard monthly rates.
- a. The contract begins on the day your service is activated. From this date, the customer is bound to the agreement for the full 24-month term.
b. Upon completion of the 24-month contract, if the customer wishes to continue the service, the plan will revert to the standard rate of the package available at the time. If the initial tariff is no longer offered, the customer has the option to select any available Residential tariff, at the standard rate, on the date of renewal.
c. UrFibre reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with just cause.
Free Trial: Zyxel Mesh Extenders
1. Eligibility:
- a. This trial applies to new residential customers who sign a 24-month broadband contract and agree to trial the Zyxel Mesh Extenders on the day of their broadband installation.
b. The trial period starts from the date of UrFibre service activation and lasts for 7 calendar days.
c. By accepting the installation of the Zyxel Mesh Extenders on the day of broadband activation, the customer agrees to all terms, including referral requirements and potential charges.
- a. During the installation of UrFibre broadband, customers may request or accept a free trial of Zyxel Mesh Extenders, which will be installed in areas with poor WiFi coverage in the customers property.
b. The trial period is free of charge for the first 7 days.
c. Customers must inform UrFibre of their decision regarding the extenders by the end of the 7-day trial period.
- a. To keep the Zyxel Mesh Extenders at no additional cost for the duration of their UrFibre contract, the customer must successfully refer a friend or neighbour who signs up for a UrFibre broadband plan within 7 days of the trial period start.
b. If the referral is successful and the new customer’s service is activated or scheduled for installation, the referring customer can keep the extenders free of charge for the remainder of their UrFibre contract.
c. If the customer does not make a successful referral within the specified period, they have two options:- i. Return the Extenders: The customer must arrange the return of the Zyxel Mesh Extenders in good condition within 7 days after the trial period ends.
ii. Opt to Keep the Extenders: The customer can choose to keep the extenders by agreeing to a monthly fee of £4.95/month for the remainder of their broadband contract.
- a. If the customer refuses to return the extenders, or if they are returned damaged, the customer will be charged the full retail value of the equipment plus any applicable penalty fees. The standard retail cost of the Zyxel Mesh Extenders will be based on the market price at the time of the charge.
b. UrFibre reserves the right to inspect the returned equipment and assess any damages before finalising the charge. Customers will be notified of any charges within 30 days of equipment collection.
c. If the customer fails to return the extenders within the specified period, without communicating a reason to UrFibre for the delay they will begin being charged the monthly rate of £4.95/month until the return of the equipment.
d. If the customer retains the equipment either through the referral program or by opting for the monthly payment, the customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment. UrFibre is not liable for any equipment failures, damages, or related costs. Additionally, the customer may use the equipment only for the duration of their existing broadband contract. Once the contract ends, the customer must either:- i. Continue the service by paying the standard monthly fee for the Mesh Extenders as quoted on the contract end date, or
ii. Arrange the return of the equipment in good condition.
Oct 24: 3 Months Free
1. Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to new residential customers who meet the following criteria:
- a. Must contract a 24-month residential broadband plan before the offer ends 31/10/2024
b. Applicable only to 500Mbps or 1000Mbps full-price broadband plans.
c. Must provide a verified payment method prior to activation of the service.
d. Available to customers residing in serviceable areas, subject to network availability.
- a. The customer will receive the first three months of their broadband service free of charge.
b. After the three-month period, the customer will be charged the standard monthly rate for the contracted broadband speed.
c. The free broadband period begins upon activation of the customer’s service and applies only to the broadband plans specified above.
d. Any changes to the plan during the promotional period may result in the loss of the free broadband offer.
e. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- a. The promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
b. The promotion does not apply to any additional services, add-ons, or lower-tier broadband plans.
c. The offer is not available to business customers or customers upgrading from an existing broadband service.
d. This offer does not cover any hardware costs (e.g., routers or modems), installation fees, or other one-off charges unless explicitly stated.
- a. Customers commit to a 24-month minimum contract for the selected broadband plan.
b. A one-off standard administration fee will apply upon installation of the service. For details, refer to Price Book.
c. Early termination of the contract will incur charges equal to the value of the free broadband provided during the first three months, in addition to standard early termination fees as specified in the contract.
d. Customers agree to be billed at the standard rate for their selected broadband package after the initial three-month free period.
e. Any downgrades or cancellations of the broadband plan during the promotional period will nullify the offer, and full charges for the service will apply retroactively.

a. Installation is subject to a successful site survey and network availability. If installation is not possible due to technical limitations, UrFibre reserves the right to withdraw the offer.
b. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the premises are ready for installation, including granting access to installers.
Sept-Oct 24: Switch & Save
1. Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to new residential customers who meet the following criteria:
- a. Must sign up for a UrFibre residential broadband plan (500Mbps or higher with 24M permanence) included in this scheme.
b. Must provide a verified payment method prior to activation of the service.
c. Must present a valid invoice or contract displaying the contract end date with their current broadband provider within 30 days of their UrFibre service activation.d. Offer valid to claim until 31/10/24.
- a. Upon activation of their UrFibre broadband service, UrFibre will apply a credit to the customer’s account to cover the cost of their service until the contract with their previous provider ends.
b. This credit will be applied as a reimbursement on the customer’s UrFibre account. Once the total credit amount is used, standard charges will apply.
c. The offer applies only to customers who sign up for a 24-month UrFibre contract with a 500Mbps, 1000Mbps, or 2000Mbps residential broadband package.
d. A one-off administration fee of £74.95 will apply to all customers upon activation.
e. Any additional services, upgrades, or packages contracted during sign-up will not be covered by the credit and will be charged at standard rates.
f. This promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other special offers, unless explicitly stated.
- a. This offer is available to new residential broadband customers only. Existing customers or those upgrading from a UrFibre service are not eligible.
b. The invoice or contract from the customer’s current broadband provider must be an original printed or digital copy, showing the contract end date, and must be in the same name and address as the UrFibre service.
c. This offer does not cover any services other than broadband (500Mbps and higher).
- a. If customer fail to provide a valid invoice or document displaying the contract end date with their current provider within the stated time period, UrFibre reserves the right to withhold the agreed credit and charge the customer the standard rate for services provided.
b. If the contract end date with the customer’s current provider is sooner than stated, UrFibre reserves the right to adjust the credit amount accordingly.
c. If a customer’s current provider extends their contract automatically or the customer provides an incorrect end date, UrFibre will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
d. The customer agrees to a 24-month minimum term with UrFibre, with the addition of the total number of months of free service received.
e. Early termination of the UrFibre contract will incur a charge equal to the total value of the free broadband provided, plus any termination fees for the remaining months on the agreed contract. Contact admin@urfibre.co.uk for details.
f. UrFibre reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with just cause.
Contract Buy-out Scheme
1. Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to new residential customers who meet the following criteria:
- a. Must sign up for a UrFibre broadband plan included in this scheme.
b. Must provide a verified payment method.
c. Must present a valid invoice displaying the cancellation or early termination charge from their current broadband provider within 30 days of their UrFibre service activation.
- a. UrFibre will reimburse new customers up to £250 upon activation of their broadband service to cover any cancellation or early termination fees charged by their previous broadband provider.
b. The reimbursement is applied as a credit on the customer’s UrFibre account. Once the total credit amount has been used, standard charges will apply.
c. The offer is applicable only to customers who sign up for a 500Mb, 1000Mb or 2000Mb broadband package with 24-month permanence.
d. Any additional services contracted at the time of signup will also be deducted monthly from the credit applied to the customer’s account.
e. Special offers cannot be claimed in conjunction with the buyout offer unless specified.
- a. The buyout offer is available only to new residential customers and cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.
b. The final invoice from your current provider must be an original digital or printed copy, in the same name and address as the UrFibre service, and must display the cancellation or early termination fee.
- a. The customer must provide a valid document displaying the cancellation or early termination fee within 30 days of service activation. Failure to do so may result in UrFibre withholding the agreed credit amount, and the customer will be charged the standard rate until the issue is resolved.
b. If the cancellation or early termination fee is lower than initially agreed upon activation of the UrFibre service, UrFibre reserves the right to adjust the credit amount accordingly.
c. We recommend not canceling your existing broadband service until your UrFibre service is activated.
d. UrFibre reserves the right to withdraw or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.
Summer 2024: 250Mbps Residential Broadband Tariff
1. Promotional Period: The promotion is valid for claims made between 01/07/24 until 30/09/24.
2. Eligibility:
5. Contract: The contract period begins on the day your service is activated. From this date, you have a 30 day grace period allowing free cancellation. After the 30 days, the customer is committed for the remaining 23-months of the 24 month contract until its conclusion. Upon completion of the 24-month contract, should the customer wish to continue their service, it will revert to the standard rate of the contracted package whatever that may be on the date of completion. If the contracted tariff no longer exists, the customer has the option to select any available Residential tariff, at the standard rate, on the date of renewal.

2. Eligibility:
- a. To qualify for the promotion, you must be a new customer and secure an installation date within the promotional period.
b. If you are currently located in an area where UrFibre fibre optic has been deployed but is not yet active, you can claim the offer within 8 weeks following the date of service activation on your street. Please ensure you are on the pre-signup list for your area, and receive confirmation from one of our sales representatives that you are eligible to claim the offer upon service activation.
c. If you are currently in an area where UrFibre is due to be deployed in future, unfortunately, this promotion does not apply, nor can it be claimed in the future.
