Summer 2024: 250Mbps Residential Broadband Tariff

1. Promotional Period: The promotion is valid for claims made between 01/07/24 until 31/08/24.

2. Eligibility:
  • a. To qualify for the promotion, you must be a new customer and secure an installation date within the promotional period.
    b. If you are currently located in an area where UrFibre fibre optic has been deployed but is not yet active, you can claim the offer within 8 weeks following the date of service activation on your street. Please ensure you are on the pre-signup list for your area, and receive confirmation from one of our sales representatives that you are eligible to claim the offer upon service activation. 
    c. If you are currently in an area where UrFibre is due to be deployed in future, unfortunately, this promotion does not apply, nor can it be claimed in the future.
3. Promotion details:
  • a. This promotion includes 250Mbps Residential Broadband plan at £9.95 per month, for the first 12 months. After the initial 12 month period has past, the monthly cost will increase to £19.95 for the remainder of the contract.
    b. The customer agrees to 24 months permanence. 
    c. We charge a standard one-off admin fee of £74.95.
4. Exclusions: The promotion does not include landline. However, this can be added as an extra to the package for the standard monthly rate of the call package chosen.

5. Contract: The contract period begins on the day your service is activated. From this date, you have a 30 day grace period allowing free cancellation. After the 30 days, the customer is committed for the remaining 23-months of the 24 month contract until its conclusion. Upon completion of the 24-month contract, should the customer wish to continue their service, it will revert to the standard rate of the contracted package whatever that may be on the date of completion. If the contracted tariff no longer exists, the customer has the option to select any available Residential tariff, at the standard rate, on the date of renewal.

6. Standard Terms: Standard terms and conditions apply. Additional fees may apply for non-standard installations, for further details please view our Price Book. Any data processed as part of this promotion will be used in accordance with our Privacy, Complaints, and Acceptable Use Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

Jun - Aug 2024: Summer Promotion

1. Promotional Period: The promotion is valid for claims made between 19/05/24 until 31/08/24. In order to claim the offer, customers are required to provide a promotional code found on the advertisement through which they discovered the offer. Alternatively the offer can also be claimed by residents located in the areas specified below.

2. Eligibility:
  • a. To qualify for the promotion, you must be a new customer and secure an installation date within the promotional period.
    b. If you are currently located in the specified areas for the promotion where UrFibre fibre optic has been deployed but is not yet active, you can claim the offer within 8 weeks from the date of the service activation on your street. Please ensure you are on the pre-signup list for your area and receive confirmation from one of our sales representatives that you are eligible to claim the offer upon service activation.
    c. If you are currently in an area where UrFibre is due to be deployed in future, unfortunately, this promotion does not apply, nor can it be claimed in the future.

3. Promotion details:
  • a. This promotion is applicable to all 24-month Residential broadband packages.
    b. The price for the first 3 months of the contracted period is £9.95/month.
    c. The price will revert back to the original package price as of month 4 and remain for the following 21 months until the 24-month contract period has ended.
    d. Original package price as of 19/05/24:
      500Mbps – £26.95/month
      1000Mbps – £29.95/month
      2000Mbps – £39.95/month

4. Exclusions: The promotion does not include landline. However, this can be added as an extra to the package for the standard monthly rate of the call package chosen.

5. Contract: The contract period begins on the day your service is activated. From this date, you are committed to a 24-month contract until its conclusion.

6. Price guarantee: During the 24-month period, customers are assured there will be no unexpected fees or price rises, aside from those stated in the promotion. Upon completion of the 24-month contract, should the customer wish to continue their service, it will revert to the standard rate of the contracted package whatever that may be on the date of completion.

7. Standard Terms: Standard terms and conditions and admin fees apply. Any data processed as part of this promotion will be used in accordance with our Privacy, Complaints, and Acceptable Use Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

2023-24: Money back guarantee

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions for Residential Broadband Customers
1. Eligibility:This 30-day money back guarantee is exclusively available to new residential broadband customers only.
2. Promotion details:
  • a. Customers have a 30-day period from the date of service activation to cancel their subscription.
    b. Within this period, cancellation is permitted at any time without question.
    c. No termination fee will be charged for cancellations within the 30-day period.
    d. Upon the return of UrFibre equipment, the admin fee will be refunded.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions for Business Broadband Customers
1. Eligibility:This 60-day money back guarantee is exclusively available to new business broadband customers.
2. Promotion details:
  • a. Customers have a 60-day period from the date of service activation to cancel their subscription.
    b. Within this period, cancellation is permitted at any time without question.
    c. No termination fee will be charged for cancellations within the 60-day period.
    d. Upon the return of UrFibre equipment, the admin fee will be refunded.

2023-24: Refer a friend or Neighbour

1. Eligibility: This referral offer is exclusively available to new residential customers. To claim the offer, customers must provide the referred friend’s details (with their permission) to our team within 30 days of their own service activation.

2. Promotion details:
  • a. Referring 1 friend waives the admin fee.
    b. Referring 2 friends grants 3 months of free internet.
    c. Referring 3 friends grants 6 months of free internet.
    d. Referring 5 friends grants 12 months of free internet.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only applicable to 24 month Residential Broadband plans.

3. Offer Claiming: A successful referral is deemed when:
  • a. The Referred Person signs up for a 24-month contract.
    b. UrFibre is installed and activated in the Referred Person’s home for 30 days, and they have paid their first bill.
    c. For current customers referring, their account must be up to date with no outstanding payments to receive the reward.
If the Referred Person’s area is still under construction, they can place a preorder. The promotion applies if they are installed within 8 weeks of the area going live.

Jan - Feb 2024: 3 Months free

1. Promotion period: The promotion is valid for claims made between 01/01/24 until 29/02/24.

2. Eligibility: This promotion is applicable to new customers, and residential broadband packages only. To qualify for the promotion, you must be a new customer and secure an installation date within the promotional period.

3. Promotion details:
  • a. Customers will receive 3 months of free service starting from the date of service activation. From month 4 onwards, customers will be charged at the standard rate of the contract, as published during sign-up.

    500Mbps – £36.95/month
    1000Mbps – £49.95/month
    2000Mbps – £56.95/month

    24-Month Contract:
    500Mbps – £26.95/month

5. Contract
  • a. The contract period commences on the day your service is activated.b. You are committed to either a 12 or 24-month contract from the activation date, as specified during sign-up.
6. Price guarantee: During the contracted period, customers are assured there will be no unexpected fees or price rises, aside from those stated in the promotion. Upon completion of the contract, should the customer wish to continue their service, it will revert to the standard rate of the contracted package whatever that may be on the date of completion.

1. Promotion period: The promotion is valid for claims made between 01/11/23 until 31/12/23.

2. Eligibility: To qualify for the promotion, you must be a new customer and secure an installation date within the promotional period. * The promotion applies to 24-month broadband packages only.

  • A standard one-off admin fee applies. The promotional discounted rates are as follows, all packaged require 24 months peramenence:
